Arrow keys to move, Enter to type a message, M to mute. Mic, camera, screen sharing and device settings are top right. "Share screen" asks the browser for a tab, window or screen, and whatever you pick hangs above your sphere for everyone until "Stop sharing". Voices are positional, so walk up to someone to hear them better.
